Ingredients:
5 tbsp melted unsalted butter
1 tbsp dry mustard or dijon mustard
3/4 cup dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dried basil
8 chicken thighs,bone in,split
Instructions:
1.Preheat the oven to 400=B0 Lightly grease a 9" x 15" baking dish.
2.In a shallow bowl, combine the butter with the mustard.
3.In another shallow bowl, blend together the bread crumbs, cheese,
parsley, and basil.
4.Dip the chicken pieces first into the mustard mixture, and then
coat with the bread crumb mixture. Place skin side up in the baking
dish.
5.Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes.
