Ingredients:
4 chicken joints
2 oz margarine, melted
2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp sweet brown pickle
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Set oven to 190C,375F,Gas Mark 5.
Place the chicken joints in an oven proof dish. Mix together the
remaining ingredients and spread over the chicken.
Bake for 1 hour, turning once, until cooked. Garnish with lemon
slices and serve hot with vegetables.
