Ingredients:
2 1/2 lb chicken
1 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
4 tbsp olive oil
1 each onion, chopped
1/2 each garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup sherry
2 tbsp flour
Instructions:
Cut chicken into pieces; Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and
brown in oil. Set aside. Saute' onions and garlic in same pan. Add
chicken and rest of ingredients, cover and simmer until tender (30-40
minutes). White wine can be used for sherry.
