Ingredients:
8 chicken breast halves --
1 skinn
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 8 oz pkg shredded
1 mozzarella
1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms --
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tomatoes -- peeled and
1 diced
1 4 oz can chopped green
1 chili
Instructions:
Recipe by: Southern Living Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and
place in greased 11 x 7 x 1/2" baking dish. Combine cheese and next 3
ingredients and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with chilies. Bake
uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
