Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, skinless, boned
2 cl garlic, minced
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup butter
Instructions:
Butter a baking dish. Combine the garlic, sour cream, lemon juice,
paprika, and tabasco. Marinate the chicken in the mixture OVERNIGHT
in the refrigerator. Roll the chicken in the bread crumbs and place
in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake in
