Ingredients:
1 each chicken, quartered
1 dash salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter
1 each garlic to taste
1 each chopped onion, to taste
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Wash and drain chicken. Season with salt and pepper and place in pan
large enough that pieces do not overlap. Melt butter in saucepan, add
garlic and onion, if desired, and saute until transparent. Add
remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Broil chicken until golden
brown on both sides. Add sauce and cook uncovered in oven for about 1
hour or until nice and tender. Baste often.
