Ingredients:
1/8 tsp marjoram
1/8 tsp rosemary, crushed
5 cup corn flakes, crushed
2 1/2 lb cut up broiler-fryer -
1 chicken pieces
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp thyme
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F. In medium bowl combine butter, flour, salt,
thyme, rosemary and marjoram. In shallow dish place cereal. Dip
chicken in butter mixture; roll in cereal to coat. Place on rack in
shallow baking pan. Bake 55 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.
