Ingredients:
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken
1 breast, cut into bite size
1 pieces
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
3 large garlic cloves-minced
1 lb phllo dough, cut into 4-inch
1 strips
1 melted butter
Instructions:
Mix chicken pieces, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic together and
refrigerate overnight. Place a piece of chicken on the end of a strip
of phyllo dough. Roll up, tucking the ends to make a little pillow.
Dip in a bowl of melted butter, then bake for 15 minutes at 400 F/200
C.
