Ingredients:
2 cup seasoned bread stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup apple -- chopped
1/4 cup celery -- chopped
2 tbsp walnuts -- chopped
1/4 cup chicken stock
Instructions:
Saute stuffing mix in melted butter for 5 minutes. Add all other
ingredients and mix thoroughly, adding more chicken stock if the
stuffing seems too dry for your taste. Will stuff a 6 to 7 pound
roaster.
