Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white wine
8 tbsp flour, sifted
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp fennel seed
1/4 tsp oregano
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp mushrooms, finely chopped
1 cup boneless skinless chicken br
Instructions:

This is great with Rotini or Rigotoni, but you favourite pasta will
do.
I made this up in class one day, and haven't had the time to play
with it since, so any suggestions, or ideas would be gladly accepted.
